Once you have a FEIN (Federal Employee Idendification Number), our bookkeepers set up each of your employees in QuickBooks so all you have to do each month is send us each employees’ hours. Once we have your employee time sheets it usually takes 24-36 hours to enter and process payroll and checks can be picked up, delivered, or mailed back to you for signature and delivery to employees. If you offer direct deposit payment processing for your employees, we’ll handle the bank setup and integration with QuickBooks. Payroll info for employees with direct deposit needs to be completed 2 days prior to payday.
